Hello!\n\nI did an online assessment with Amazon for an SDE position (probably SDEII) about a month ago, then I replied to the recruiter\'s email with regards to compensation, notice period ...etc about 3 weeks ago.\n\nI followed up a week ago and they still didn\'t get back to me. The application on Amazon jobs still says "Under consideration".\n\nShould I follow up again? Maybe I\'m already rejected but they forgot to update the status?\nOr withdraw from the position as clearly Amazon\'s Leadership stuff is a meme and send a gentle email to the recruiter "Thanks for considering me blablabla, I choose to withdraw due to lack of communication/interest from your side".\n\nWhat were your experiences with Amazon London? Are there temporary problems there due to COVID?\n\nThank you.
