Do I reach my maximum after 400 problems ? Should I stop?

Hi everyone, I am an physics PhD candidate for physics, and begin my leetcode study a years ago. I have no intest in future academic physics study, like postdoc, and I want to enter IT company like facebook or google.

I begin my leetcode study a year ago, In first three months, I make very rapid progress. However, after I finished 400 problems, I find that my coding level remains stable. I have took part in 65 contests, and usually get top 15% ranking in weekly contest, but seldom enter top 5%. I can finish easy and medium problem in 45 mintues, but the fourth question is always too hard for me.

Maybe I should stop? Is it enough for coding interview if I remains top 5-15%? Now I have finished 700 problems, but I don't have any computer science background, what I only know is physics and algorithm. I don't know if I can pass the interview, since I will game over if they ask me something other than coding.
