Rejections: How to learn and get better?

I am a New Grad scheduled to graduate in 2-3 months, my current LC status is -> Easy : 133, Medium: 130 and Hard : 16 (Total of 279 Questions)

Even with this I am not able to do well even in phone screens, my last rejection email says, "In our interviews, we look for fluency in data structures, algorithms and problem solving skills. We recommend you continue to focus on these areas and we hope to see your application in the future! "

I don't know what I am doing wrong or where I am going wrong.

Can anyone please suggest how I should change my current preparation method to improve myself?
With all these rejections I haven't been feeling myself lately, although I keep pushing myself to work harder, it is not helping significantly. Seeing everyone getting placed makes me question my potential even more.

LC posts about how people succeeded after faliures is immensely helpful and therefore I am posting, after too much hesitation, to seek advice.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
