HELLO EVERYONE!!!
I have few questions/doubt pls somebody answer it.
my doubts have been following mentioned

• can someone tell me how many types of interview and test are there to get a job in any technical company?
  ie what is telephonic interview , phone screen interview , skype etc and how they are different from each other..

• one more thing i wanted to know what actually happens in telephonic interview, how can somebody solve any coding question over telephone?

• and the last thing i wanted to know how does covid will effect the mode of recruitment?
  ie will there only be online mode of recruitment due to covid pandemic.
