Weak testcase misled people to provide wrong solutions.

Here comes again, there is an issue on Weekly 196 Q4, https://leetcode.com/problems/minimum-possible-integer-after-at-most-k-adjacent-swaps-on-digits/discuss/720215/The-constraint-was-not-very-helpful
Meaningless constraints misled peopel to provide better solutions than brute force but actually you accept brute force.

Please un-rate this too. Or please provide a clear strategy which issue you will unrate.

I know it's really hard to be perfect on each contest, but you guys should have a guide of which contest should we unrate, otherwise this may happens on every contest, then no one will join a contest again.
IMO, above two questions is not perfect, but they could somehow filter good people(but also include some bad people), I think unrate or not are both fine. It's kinda unfair, but how you know people copy solutions from the internet? It's a balance problem, hope you guys could find the point.
