Hello, I have recieved an OA from Amazon and there are multiple parts of the test and I have a few questions about it. Would be a great help if anyone can provide some inputs.

Online Assessment Overview
The assessment consists of these components:
1. a coding challenge with two scenarios (up to 90 min)
2. a "describe your approach" section to discuss your coding solutions (up to 15 min)
3. a work style survey (up to 15 min)
4. a feedback survey (5 min)

1. I believe the coding scenarios are basically the coding question, is that correct? Or is this some kind of assignment to simulate the work env scenario?
2. This section asks you to describe the approach that you have used in your solution. Time/Space complexity etc.
3. What is this? Some kind of LP questions?
4. I believe, this is just an optional feedback survey regarding the test itself.

Correct me if I am wrong on any of the above assumptions and if possible enlighten me about the work style survey part.
