Bar Raiser Interview

Most of the times(or everytime?) there will be one Bar Raiser inyterview of all the rounds.
How would you know which one is the Bar raiser rond? can you guys help pointing out the clear/subtle signs please?
For example,
Signs before interview(assuming recruiter has shared interviewers details with you and you did LinkedIn research on their profile):

  • Years of total experience
  • Years of experience in this company
  • Technical expertise etc

Signs after interview:

  • Nature of the questions they ask like Coding, System Design, Behavioural.
  • By difficulty level of the questions.
