Yesterday I enabled the settings in my LinkedIn to allow recruiters know that I am looking right now, and then within 24 hours I got several emails (which I normally will get them in maybe 2 months or so). However, I noticed many (roughly 80%) are those people from job agencies (though many of their client are pretty known companies).
For folks who have the experience it before, do you mind sharing to me what are pros and cons of using the middleman in searching for new job? Should I go ahead and ask for their help? In my past experience I never used them, and always directly in-touch with the recruiter from the company itself. Thanks!
