Do you think solving leetcode problems makes you better at programming / problem solving?

If so why or why not?

I want to start off by saying that leetcode is probably one of my favorite programming activities.

But other than getting better at interviews, do you think there are benefits to practicing leetcode other than having it as a hobby?

A lot of times I feel guilty that I could be spending the time learning new frameworks, or skills like AWS. Or expand my CS knowledge to include more topics like compilers or machine learning.
