Position - SWE , L3
I have completed my Google Onsites interviews. After that recived positive feedback and recruiter will be moving to Team Matching and then Hiring Commitee.

Is anyone on the same boat, or cleared Google onsites and went through the same process give some idea about current situation ?

Like is it normal to have Team Match before HC, or its done because application if weak ?? (Read on Blind).

Did anyone passed through HC after matching team first.

PS. Applied very early, so my onsites were schedule before.
