Just a general question, does anyone know why the runtime of a solution can change everytime it is ran? I submit some and the first time they have a great runtime and then when resubmitted it can either stay within 2%-3% of the first runtime and other times it drastically changes by 20%+. I have tried seeding other solutions and it is the same result. Any one know why this occurs?
