There should be bookmark feature where user can bookmark the post for revising the topics later.Supose the post like this https://leetcode.com/discuss/general-discussion/665604/important-and-useful-links-from-all-over-the-leetcode/571021 which is posted by random user should have bookmark icon once i press on that icon it will be added to my bookmarks section.
