Has anyone had the experience of a technical phone screen with a recruiter (no coding required)? Recruiter said it's a new format they are experimenting, which is a 30 minute exam on CS fundamentals and programming (a tech guy sends recruiter a set of questions with answers, and the recruiter checks your answer against the answersheet.
