New coding problems are posted at 00:01am PST, ok, cool

If I solve that problem at 4pm PST, I get a green box for that day on the submission tile grid
If I solve that problem at 5.01pm PST, it goes to the next block and the block above will be empty

Similarily, if I log in after 5pm, it will be a +1 coin fresh check in

So the grid and the daily visit coins run on days that go from 5:00pm - 4:59pm PST next dat
but
Monthly coding challanges run on days from 00:00am - 11:59pm

What gives?
