Hi LC community, I wanted to gather feedback from current interviewers on what are some general criteria that they are looking for in their candidates.

LC is a great platform for gathering interview experiences from a wide variety of people, but I'm sure that people preparing like me could also get a valuable insight on what people the other side of aisle are currently looking for.

Given that so many of us have such different experiences, it would be fascinating to get a first hand experience of the process and definitely help us prepare better and strategise accordingly.

I personally, would definitely be interested to know things like code completeness v/s solid logic, how much emphasis is laid on communication skills, any language specific things that you are looking for, do you prefer someone with a OOD etc.
