It is so wierd that amazon asks everyone from a list of 80 premium questions

Three possible cases
1] Interviews have a list of questions to ask from (common across all the interviewers)
2] Interviewers checkout leetocde premium (lol)
3] Too much of coincidence (which is not possible)

Many students in my school just memorized those 80 questions and now they have an internship at Amazon.
Why can't you ask general questions? I mean there are 1500 questions on leetocde.
