I have just started my interview prepration. I am really at beginnner stage, but right now I am very confused. I am at one topic from last 20 days because I want to complete each and everything i.e. articles from *** as well as all leetcode questions. Since now I am not progressing so I am not feeling confident and is on the verge of giving up.

I am solving questions but time complexity of my solutions are usually high. Then I move forward to optimize my slution which consumes lots of time. If I put time in optimization it I am just stuck in one topic. What to do?
