Hi all,

I am just curious to know on what basis does Amazon proceeds with offer to candidates.
Do a candidate have to do well in all the interviews? I know LPs are a big deal in Amazon interviews but for coding and design part, if small mistakes or not doing well in one interview may end up in a reject?
