For backtracking, Marty Stepp's lectures worked best for me. Can you please reccommend what worked for you for learning probability, permutations and combinations? Video lectures preferably? For leetcode or competitive programming in general?

I want to be able to reason about time complexities and get a proper understanding on the problems that involve these topics.
