Hello Friends,\n\nI\'m trying to prepare the best I can to change job.\n\nAnd I\'m doing as much coding challenges as possible here in leetcode.\n\nThe Issue is that I cannot do a question in less than 45 minutes.\n\nUsually I take 50 minutes  to 1h30 to crack a medium problem (without coding), for easy problems it depends sometimes I take the same time others times it takes less, depends if I\'m laking some knowledge.\n\nfor hard problems I can take like 3-4 hours to crack the problem (without coding), and it\'s not guaranteed that I\'ve a solution by the end of the day.\n\nIt\'s not my practice to repeat questions so unless the question is very similar, every new problem is something complete new for me.\n\nDo you guys have some advice to get faster at this coding interviews questions?\n\nI fear the answer is keep practicing but, maybe you have some other advice, I don\'t know.\n\nWhat is your opinion on not repeating questions vs repeating questions?\n\nDo you recommend going on LeetCoding Challenges?
