How to know if I am ready for Google interviews?
Any Google recruiter or people who have cracked Google interviews answers "Time yourself and check if you can solve hard problems in 30 minutes." It is taking forver for me to reach this stage.

I know some people would suggest solving too many questions like 500+ or something. Practice makes man perfect. I doubt if just keeping on grinding will surely help me attain that state. I want to interview with Google by June end. How do I reach the "solve in 30 mins" state? What is the right way to practice?

Would like to get suggestions from people who are seeing good progress from their practice.
