I did two interviews with members of the interested team at a big company (pardon me for not revealing the name) about 3 weeks ago. After the interview, the recruiter (a recruiting coordinator of the company) said that the outcome will be available within 5 business days, but I haven't heard back from her ever since. I have also sent a couple of follow-up emails, but still no response from her. What should I do? Should I email the team members who interviewed me directly? (I have their names and can find them on LinkedIn)
