Hello fellow Leetcoders!

I am fairly new to Leetcode. To get myself started, I decided to participate in the 30-day Coding Challenge. While the first few weeks were mostly intuitive, a few recent problems are kind of confusing.

I was wondering if there are particular hacks or methods that you follow to

1. Understand the intuition behind a particular problem.
2. Find the most optimal solution.

I understand that this need a ton of practice. But I wanted to know if you guys had some tips for someone who was just starting.
