The recruiter called me notifying me that they would like to extend an offer but the hiring manager's decision is on-hold and thus I will be
placed in another team. How is the decision made to reject or place a candidate in another team ? The recruiter mentioned that he will schedule an informational session between the other hiring manager and me ? Does that mean I might still get rejected in the end ?
At the time of the call, He did not know which team I will place in yet.
