I really would like to know how he solved two problems Q1 & Q2 in minutes 02:00 and 02:06 in the Biweekly contest today. I undrestand people could be fast, but the gap between two problems should be reasonable. You may claim he reads two problems first and then started to code, but the gap between his submissions is only 6 seconds. I assume when people finish their codes they'll submit it. Please let me know if I miss anything.

Btw, according to his CF profile, he is not considered a well-known programmer in codeforces. His rating has been less than 2100 there for years. So I would like to know how it can heppen.
