Currently it takes almost 48-72 hours after a contest to update the rating. Please consider updating the rating within (say) 2-3 hours. Now, I understand there is an issue of plagiarism, in that case update the rating once after 2-3 hours and then after disqualification of plagiarised submissions, update the rating once again.
