I am interviewing for an entry level SDE job at amazon aws. Regarding the leadership priciples, do the answers always have to relate to some technical side or can I relate them to general life experiences. For instance, Describe a time when you sacrificed short term goals for long term success ?
I didn't encounter that during the remote SDE job I had for a year. However I do have an example where I left a well job paying job and took a job paying less because I was going to be apart of a larger team and I want learn how to work effectively in big teams.
Also if I do get a question which I do not have an answer too, should I just admit to not having an answer ?
