Hello! \n\nI just wanted to ask for some advice regarding compesation expectations. I\'m moving onto the onsites for Amazon here in Canada (Victoria, BC) and I was wondering how to approach the compensation expectations asked by the recruiter.\n\nSome background on me though is that I\'ve never had industry experience. All of my past experiences involve mainly Software Development within my University. I\'m not really sure how to approach the compensation since I know that FANG companies generally pay well but I don\'t have industry experience, so I\'m afraid of saying my expectations as too high with the recruiter. They are asking for base + bonus + equity. I was hoping someone could share some advice on how to approach this and what possible ranges I could say?\n\nThank you!
