I have an online assesement in this week. I applied for SDE role.

Following is the OA strcture mentioned in an email:

• a coding challenge with two scenarios (up to 90 min)
• a "describe your approach" section to discuss your coding solutions (up to 15 min)
• a work style survey (up to 15 min)
• a feedback survey (5 min)

Last time when I attempted the OA, I got my all test cases running but got rejected. This time I want to make sure that I crack OA. Could some one help with the tips for passing the OA?

More specifically:

• Should we write comments in codes?
• What care should be taken while writting the code?
• What is the best way to write "describe your approach" ?
