Hi, I'd like to know how much important is having a referral to join one of FAANGs? I have an interview process starting soon with one such company and don't have any referral there. So, I feel, I am perhaps at a slight disadvantage.(specially after watching one of TechLead youtube videos) Please share your experiences.
