I am preparing to negotiate an offer for SDE2 at Amazon in Vancouver. I currently have little idea of what could be a good or bad offer, and am further confused by these diverging sources of information:

• According to levels.fyi, a median TC for SDE2 at Vancouver is around 150.000 USD
• According to glassdoor, an average TC for SDE2 at Vancouver is only 127.000 CAD (= 90.000 USD)
• I've searched offer reports for SDE2 at Vancouver here at leetcode. There are too few of the to be representative (like 3 I think), but generally they were somewhere around TC 170.000 CAD (= 120.000 USD)

Also it was not clear how glassdoor's TC is calculated: 122.000 base + 25.000 additional pay = 127.000 TC? Doesn't make sense to me.

I thought maybe someone from Vancouver or in position to have such info could shed some light on this?
