Should I always try to answer Amazon LP questions in technical terms, since I am applying for SDE roles?

For example, for the following questions, I am inclined to answer in non-technical terms:

• Tell me about the toughest decision you've had to make in the past six months
• Tell me about a decision that you regret.
• Tell me about a time you failed and what you learned from it
