amazon offer went from "here's your signing bonus at once" to "it will be paid on a prorated rate throughout the year". I obviously would prefer the first as if they fire me I keep that change. Worth asking for them to change?
Wording of the new offer: "This sign-on payment will be issued in prorated pay period installments as you complete your first year of employment with the Company."
older :
"This payment will ordinarily be advanced to you in a single installment on the date of your first regular paycheck after your Start Date, and will be earned on a prorated daily basis as you complete one full year of employment with the Company."
Im confused about the wording difference and what the implications are.
