It seems most of Amazon's onsite interview is being converted to virtual interviews because of safety concerns.
Any one of you who has already gone through this ?
What do you think are the pros and cons of a virtual interview ?
Do you draw the system design components on paper and show it on the camera?

I was personally more inclined towards an in-person interview though but would have to go ahead with the virtual one now.
