   The interviewer herself did not know data structures and rejected me for using a complex datastructure. I used Stacks and coded really well. I was rejected for using a complex datastructure. Its not hire round , its get fired round or filter round for solving a problem that they dont like. Amazon and google think that we want to get in so desperately that they can trash us for choosing to solve a problem the way we think would be easy . They do not understand someone can loose confidence and faith in themselves if this is the way they have been conducting interviews. I am strong and I survived. But I know I will never ever interview at such places where you are expected to be robots....there are plenty of places where we can be appreciated for who we are. I dont want someone to interview me who doesnt have the ablity/caliber to judge me. I am done with such TechGiants. I am better off oing crazy to get in. I dont want to hire them for my bread and butter.
