Does anyone have any idea of how much time Google takes to respond with a "yes" to move onto the project search stage or a reject after the 2 interviews?

I had mine on 13th January and have recieved no response yet. Does Google send an explicit reject?

Any insights into the process would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
