Hello Mates,

I had a phone screen interview last week and didn't recieve any response from my recruiter, so I sent her a follow up E-mail, she told me that the Technical team will reply back to her after another week because my experince is bellow than the experince mentioned in the job descreption, so they will decide if they will invte me for the on-site or not.
Does anyone face similar sitiuation ??
