How can we add tags to specific problems. Many problems are only mark with one tag when they should have many more.

For example some problems I've worked on are tagged with 'binary tree', and that's it. Some of those problems should also get a BFS tag.

The idea of tagging problems is great but it isn't being used very well because there is no functionality to add or remove tags.
