I've been trying to figure out any common factor among the questions that don't support Go, but the question applies to any of the supported languages. What determines when a language isn't an option for a question?

Is this something that we (the community) can help with? Is there bootstrap code that needs to be written to support certain types of questions as a whole, or is it a per-question basis that we could contribute on in the same way that we can contribute test cases and questions?
