I am a NewGrad who has accepted an offer from Amazon. Since I recently got a competitve offer from another company, I am thinking of withdrawing from Amazon after accepting it.
I often hear that, Amazon will blacklist me for future applications. Is this true? If so to what extent. Also please guide me on how politely can I withdraw the offer.
