I have taken Microsoft Online Assessment, and was able to solve all 3 problems perfectly. It's been almost 10 days I haven't heard back. I have also mailed recruiter about the response, but no luck. When I check microsoft careeers -> action center -> application status, I still see it as Application Review. Is it normal? Anyone had a similar issue? Please advice.
