Disclaimer - I understand that the frequency is being updated every week per users' feedback.

After frequency restored on 10/15/19, I observed huge differences compare to the version on/before 10/14/19 based on my memory and records:

1. my memory - algorithm problems on page 1 (1-50) now shows A LOT green bars - almost every one is green. It was definited not the case on/before 10/14/19.
2. my recrod - for example, LC 145 was in a blue bar with every low frequency on/before 10/14/19, but it's now in a orange bar with half filled. Meanwhile, if one clicks the "company" tag, there was no records in the past 6 months, which clearly indicates the blue bar is more reasonable.

My questions for Leetcode:

1. Does the algorithm get updated? If not, what happend?
2. I got the point that "frequency" is just a reference, in this situation, which version is more reliable?
