For BiWeekly 10, the questions are already set as premium-only. The main issue that I have is that contest participants cannot discuss the problem anymore. Can it be set like participants can (at least) access the full interface for these questions (rather than the limited contest interface to which I'm currently redirected to), even if it's otherwise time-limited?
