H2O problem in the concurrency section seems to have a broken Python test harness. This has been reported multiple times; most clearly here: https://leetcode.com/problems/building-h2o/discuss/351823/Can-you-please-check-your-python-test-harness

This was encountered again today. Can leetcode personnel please respond? Is there a better way to report this than posting in the problem's "Discuss" forum?
