I am trying to figure out how a fair question in coding interview would look like. The number of questions in Leetcode is getting out of control. There are probably 10 or 15 new questions every day. Some questions are unreasonably complex which the interviewer would probably not be able to solve if asked by other people in 45-60 mins. So in your opinion, what kind of questions would be fair to ask candidates?
