I recently downvoted a problem and wished there was an additional option which is likely a popular reason people tend to dislike certain problems. I was looking for a "difficulty varies too much by language" because i felt the problem is somewhat annoying in c++ but rather easy in ruby as it involved splitting subdomains, domains, and such. Problems that may tend to have this type of issue are string parsing, splitting, and reorganization of data or desiring specific data output formating. Just wanted to throw it out there perhaps its a bad idea.
