The percentage beat value (relative efficiency) of the code changes dynamically when re-submitting the same code. Why does this happen ? It is obvious that the value changes by a small amount at the second time when submitting due to the consideration of our previous submission. But how does it changes drastically ?
I have experimented with a few. And about 25% to 40% change is what I have received !
Anyone knows how Leetcode calculates this value and why does it changes so drastically when re-submitting ?
