I wanted to know how leetcode selects the problems for daily challenge. Is it just random selection of problems or a certain pattern/criteria it follows ?

Just my opinion, I think higher numbers of mediums and hards will be much more benficial to everyone than many easies. I would like to think that the daily challenges over a month follow some sort of problem count according to its difficulty like some x number of easy problems, y med problems and z hard.

I read somewhere that they are carefully curated problems with rising difficulty from each topic.
I dont know, maybe its just a personal thing i have with leetcode easy problems, jjjust dont wanna solve them ( as do many others).
