Edit: seems I can't make-up in Jan 2023 for Dec 2022.
So requesting feature to @LeetCode :

Feature request - Please allow to use time travel tickets for make-up for last X days or X months instead of the current year, because later months (e.g. Nov, Dec...) are most affected by current year limitation i.e. if someone missed few days in Dec 2022, they can't use time travel in Jan 2023.

Old:
Daily challenge make-up rules says:

1. "Tickets make up any invalid or late submission for the current year."
2. Maximum of 3 tickets allowed per month.

So my question is:

• If I missed 4 (more than 3) questions in July 2022, I can make-up in upcoming months (maybe 3 in July and 1 in August),
• but if I missed 4 questions in December 2022, I can make-up 3 in December 2022, but what about the remaining 1, can I make-up it in January 2023 ???, because above rule 1 says tickets make-up late submission only for current year.
