I have solved several questions which were accessible at that time. I remember the number of questions I solved, the discussion posts I checked and the solution I submitted. When I checked back later, I had fewere questions solved in my profile and some of the questions that I solved before are locked and not accessible anymore. Has this happened to any one else? I think it is really weird to use this kind of locking mechanism.
